I made my parents watch My Hero Academia today and we got up to the Tododeku fight in s2 and my dad is obsessed with Iida. Like he loves him more than All Might LMAO. Whenever he popped up in s1 he was like “My boy!”. And when I told him how they call each other by their last names cuz first names are only for like close friends and family he asked “What’s Iida’s name”. When I told him he nodded seriously and said “Im gonna start calling him Tenya from now on. I know him well enough.”

And on episode FIVE of SEASON 1 he was on his phone practically the whole time and when I asked him what he was reading, he showed me how he just purchased the Iida Funko Pop.

I’m dying.
